In 2018, deploying Energy Management System (EMS) for monitoring the actual consumption of power versus scheduled is also implemented by Ashida for Electrical Traction systems pan India.
SCADA for Indian Railways offers several advantages including & not limited to monitoring & controlling multiple posts in a particular section from a central site but also extraction of Disturbance Records from Protection Relays from a central site for fault analysis. Various Reports & Trends are available which help the user in easy analysis of behaviour of network system.
